Got extensive work here and 3 weeks later my car has the same problem for the same issue they “fixed”and they won’t even take a look at it to see what could be wrong. The manger Sergy is rude and egregiously unprofessional. Trust me they might have almost 5 stars but trust me they don’t care about you or your car.

Unfortunately, as we made you aware, we were bound to use the parts supplied by your third party service contract-not by our shop. We can assess any issues for you, but since that is not covered by your service contract, we would have to charge you a diagnostic fee. We assure that we do care about our customers and their cars.
